Buds of Promise

The Buds of Promise Juvenile Missionary Society participated in morning worship service, January 25th, in honor of Marie L. Clinton Day. Under the theme, Victorious Living Through: Prayer and Fasting, Lexi Love read scripture and Erin Gates shared the history of the Buds of Promise and their founder, Marie L.Clinton. Superintendent of Buds, Gladys Reid, assembled all congregants within the age group to recite the Bud’s motto, colors, slogan, and pledge. Former Buds received flowers symbolic of the Buds theme song, “Blooming All for Jesus.”
